About Rocco J. Lacertosa
Rocco J. Lacertosa – In May of 2015 he took over the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the New York Heating Oil Association (http://nyoha.org/about-us/) after having served on the board for 5 years. Rocco has been in the heating oil industry since 1966 starting as a technician and fuel oil delivery driver in a family owned business. During his career in the heating oil business – Lacertosa served at numerous high level jobs in the industry in Pennsylvania and New York such as: building his own company Alpha Fuel Oil – General Manager for Hart Petroleum – Kaufman Fuel and Paraco Gas. The NYOHA is the lobbying arm of the fuel business in New York.
