Writes about culture for Wall Street Journal, that is conflicts from a cultural point of view – Iraq National Symphony during the Iraq war, last art gallery in Baghdad, war’s effects on ancient Babylon site etc.. Recently in WSJ, prosecution of the war criminal who destroyed the shrines of Timbuctoo. Book published in 2014 entitled “The Russia, China Axis and the New Cold War”. Mr. Kaylan writes about international affairs for Politico and Forbes.
