About Lester Chang
Lester Chang is a Republican candidate for the Assembly seat last held by disgraced Shelly Silver. http://www.lesterforny.com He was born on the Lower East Side in public housing to immigrant Chinese parents. Mr. Chang attended the public schools of New York and holds a degree in accounting from Brooklyn College (CUNY) and a Masters Degree in International Transportationand Management from the State University of New York’s Maritime College in the Bronx. Lester worked in the banking and finance before choosing a career in global shipping and logistics. He speaks English and Cantonese.
