James Prendamano
James Prendamano is a Managing Partner for Casandra Properties, Inc., Staten Island’s premier real estate firm, specializing in all facets of transactional real estate. Mr. Prendamano’s expertise is in project planning / design, large scale acquisition, ULURP approval consultation and retail leasing. His most recent project is to build a giant Ferris Wheel on the Northshore of the Island. Mr. Prendamano has also been engaged by BFC Partners to serve as leasing and marketing representative and development consultant for Empire Outlets, a 350,000 square foot outlet center located adjacent to the St. George Ferry Terminal and proposed Ferris Wheel. Mr. Prendamano is a recipient of the Staten Island Economic Development Corporation’s 20 under 40 Leadership Award.
