About Brad Gerstman

Brad Gerstman is a partner in Gotham Government Relations, a preeminent government relations, lobbying, and advocacy law firm.  David Schwartz is his partner. Brad Gerstman started his career as an Assistant District Attorney in the Bronx, appointed by Hon. Robert T. Johnson, where he investigated corporate fraud and corruption cases and prosecuted violent crimes. As an attorney, Brad Gerstman, a member of the Education Law Association and the Nassau County Bar Association’s Education Law Committee, he is a strong advocate for children with special needs. Brad is co-founder and board member of the Lisa Beth Gerstman Foundation, a family foundation that provides summer camp experiences to children with physical disabilities. Mr. Gerstman also served as the Long Island Advocacy Chair for Autism Speaks, the nation’s largest autism advocacy organization.
