Michael Bagley is founder and president of Jellyfish, an innovative economic diplomacy team created to provide unique operational support to corporate, government and military stakeholders around the world. Jellyfish places a strong emphasis on public-private partnerships to help create better economic investments and improved relationships with and between local populations and the corporate/government/military spectrum. Bagley and his team at Jellyfish are currently launching a unique economic diplomacy effort called “MicroCities” which is being developed to address the global migrant issue in Africa, Europe, and the Middle East. Prior to Jellyfish, Mr. Bagley was a senior legislative aide Sen. Patty Murray (D-WA) with a focus on foreign policy, energy, and defense issues.
