Governor Tom Ridge Following 9/11 President George W. Bush created the Office of Homeland Security named Tom Ridge Secretary (2003–2005).   Governor Pennsylvania (1995–2001)  before a member of Congress (1983–1995) representing northwestern Pennsylvania.  Enlisted Vietnam combat veteran elected to the U.S. House.  Governor Ridge is also the founder and CEO of Ridge Global – LLC – a Washington – D.C. based security consulting firm.
