About Michael Ryan
Michael Ryan, ESQ., Executive Director of the Board of Elections in the City of New York. Michael J. Ryan, a native of Staten Island, New York, began serving with the Board of Elections in April of 2010. He was appointed to the position of Executive Director of the Board of Elections in August 2013. Prior to the BOE, he served in the Office of the Mayor in the Office of the Criminal Justice Coordinator and later served in the Office of the Governor of New York as Deputy Director of Criminal Justice.
