John Catsimatidis, Jr. is a major principal at the Red Apple Group, a family firm founded in 1968. John is involved in all areas of the business, however focusing mainly on the energy and investment divisions. While in college, Mr. Catsimatidis was the Chairman of the New York State Federation of College Republicans in 2014. John is defining his own areas of philanthropic activities with the Catsimatidis Family Foundation, which supports organizations such as the Police Athletic League and the Alzheimer’s Association. Independently, he serves on the Emerging Leaders Council of the Federal Enforcement Homeland Security Foundation. John Jr. is considered to be an up and coming leader in finance, politics and community service.
